Training

Training is available during the season on Mondays or Tuesdays  from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Training sessions will cover a variety of events including sprints, jumps, throws and middle distance. All training sessions are conducted by qualified Track & Field coaches. There is no additional charge to attend training sessions for fully registered athletes.
